Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin a project. A project begins only after both parties agree to a written scope and applicable commercial terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to share it. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, patient-identifiable information, protected health information, credentials, or confidential datasets through the general enquiry form.

Scientific results

Bioinformatics outputs depend on source-data quality, experimental design, metadata, analytical assumptions, reference resources, and biological context. Project-specific limitations and acceptance criteria will be defined in the applicable scope.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding, and original website content belong to SCIONLI or its licensors. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables will be defined in the relevant written agreement.

Availability and liability

We may update or discontinue website features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, SCIONLI is not liable for losses resulting solely from reliance on general website content or temporary website unavailability.
